Job Description
- Analyze user behaviors, culture, and pain points in global markets (US, SEA, Middle East) to create user personas and scenario-based experience strategies.
- Improve product experience user research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to boost conversion and retention.
- Lead interaction and visual design for global e-commerce platforms (Web/App), delivering high-fidelity prototypes, design guidelines, and documentation.
- Stay update on global design trends and ensure proper localization, balancing consistency and regional differences.
- Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to launch user-centered design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Proactively identify product needs, propose innovative UX ideas, and push implementation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UX or interaction design experience; Preferred background in global e-commerce or international products
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Design (Interaction/Visual/Industrial) or Psychology.
- International mindset: Familiar with user characteristics across different regions and able to solve user experience issues caused by cultural differences through design.
- Strong UX skills: user research, interaction design, IA, usability testing; familiar with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Understand e-commerce logic (cart, recommendation, promotions) and connect UX with business metrics (GMV, CTR, etc.)

The salary range for this position is between $ 25.000-$50.000
