Job Description
For a Junior Lawyer role, you would:
Draft and review legal documents ( like contracts, company policies, and corporate records) for companies in the USA, EU and beyond.
Advise clients on civil, digital, corporate, contract, administrative, and labor law.
Manage legal risks in business processes and new projects.
Handle documents for rights transfer, licensing, and Intellectual property registration.
Support company registration, reorganisation, liquidation, and charter amendment.
Liaise with authorities and draft applications, requests, and complaints.
Track legal changes and update the team on key developments.
Note: Experience or knowledge of USA, EU, and Latin American jurisdictions will be considered an advantage.
Requirements
You’re interested in IT startups and the global market — you want to be part of an international team and gain new experience and additional skills.
· You’re a beginner specialist: you know the basics and are deeply engaged in the topic, you’re proactive and want to influence the process rather than just wait for tasks. Your English is sufficient for written communication and reading documentation.
· You’re an experienced specialist: you want to lead a team, develop your leadership skills, broaden your perspective, and explore new areas of law and professional tools. You have a good level of English and strong communication skills.
