Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    Accurately enter data into computer systems and databases
    Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy
    Organize and maintain files and records digitally
    Review data for errors and inconsistencies
    Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
    Perform regular backups to prevent data loss
    Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Strong typing skills (40+ WPM with high accuracy)
    Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools
    Good written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required
