310 Nutrition is a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer wellness brand with over a decade of profitable growth. We’ve served millions of customers and are now building a Poland-based growth team to scale our next phase.

We are hiring a Head of Growth to own the team, systems, and performance outcomes of our entire customer acquisition engine. This is not a passive leadership role — it is a hands-on, high-ownership position for someone who thrives in execution and performance pressure.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Own growth performance — CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, contribution margin
  • Lead and expand our Poland-based marketing team (currently 10+ team members, including designers, developers, retention, and paid media)
  • Direct all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliate, etc.)
  • Partner with creative, product, and tech to launch high-velocity A/B tests
  • Manage funnel performance and CRO in partnership with developers
  • Build internal dashboards to track key performance KPIs
  • Work directly with the CEO on strategy, margin expansion, and hiring roadmap
  • Who You Are
  • Based in Poland and fluent in English
  • 5–10+ years in growth marketing (DTC preferred)
  • Proven experience managing CAC, LTV, and growth P&L
  • Has led remote or hybrid teams (media buyers, designers, analysts)
  • Strong in both strategic thinking and detailed campaign execution
  • Comfortable with fast testing velocity, resource planning, and agency/contractor management

  • Performance Expectations
  • This role requires delivering a minimum of 30% combined annual growth in EBITDA and revenue
  • KPIs include CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, retention, and testing cadence
  • Performance is measured quarterly with clear dashboards and team accountability
  • Compensation & Structure

Base salary: PLN 25,000–30,000/month (based on experience)

Performance bonus: Paid annually, based on EBITDA + revenue growth tiers (20–35%)

  • Equity bonus: 1.00% equity bonus payable upon a future liquidity event, contingent on performance and good standing

Requirements & Qualifications

Based in Poland and fluent in English
