Our client, a reputable hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Live-In Intercontinental Chef to prepare a variety of international cuisines, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality meal presentation and taste consistency.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- • Plan and prepare diverse intercontinental dishes (Continental, Asian, African, and Mediterranean).
- • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
- • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth meal service.
- • Develop menus and introduce creative meal options.
- • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional chef in hotels or restaurants.
- • Excellent knowledge of international culinary techniques and presentation.
- • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- • Must be willing to live on-site and work flexible hours, including weekends.
