Our client, a reputable hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Live-In Intercontinental Chef to prepare a variety of international cuisines, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality meal presentation and taste consistency.Responsibilities & Requirements:Plan and prepare diverse intercontinental dishes (Continental, Asian, African, and Mediterranean).Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth meal service.Develop menus and introduce creative meal options.Monitor inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a professional chef in hotels or restaurants.Excellent knowledge of international culinary techniques and presentation.Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.Must be willing to live on-site and work flexible hours, including weekends.
