Job Description
- • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
- • Conduct market research and develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns.
- • Create, manage, and update content across digital platforms such as social media and the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- • Plan and execute digital campaigns and promotional initiatives to grow followers, generate leads, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.
- • Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven decisions to support business growth and elevate brand presence.
- • Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to analyze results, identify opportunities, and optimize systems, processes, and programs.
- • Stay up to date with industry knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, networking, and engaging in professional associations.
- • Develop and manage influencer sponsorship programs and prepare digital content for social platforms.
- • Write compelling copy for social media ads and manage online advertising campaigns.
- • Design and produce creative materials such as brochures, logos, cards, ads, and social media posts with strong aesthetic sense.
- • Manage social media marketing across TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and Facebook, leveraging audience insights, trends, and performance analytics to drive sales and boost brand visibility.
- • Optimize the company website (UX/UI, content, SEO) and e-commerce platforms, ensuring they remain engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with brand messaging.
- • Perform general photo and video editing to support digital content creation.
- • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- • Salary range
- • RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 per month

Requirements & Qualifications
- • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- • Skilled in strategic planning, campaign execution (online & offline), budget management, and content creation for social media and e-commerce.
- • Experienced in digital acquisition strategies to grow website audiences.
- • Proficient in Google Marketing, TikTok, and Meta Business Manager.
- • Familiar with Google Analytics and Power BI (preferred).
- • Experience supporting PR initiatives and KOL/influencer collaborations, ensuring content and partnerships align with overall marketing strategies.
