Recruiting Specialist at EHS Recruiting Company in Remote (full-time)

EHS sets its small, focused team of recruiters up for success with training and support provided to ensure you get a strong start. Key to our team\'s success is a collaborative working environment, where we regularly share best practices, visit clients (i.e., try new restaurants!), brainstorm new marketing strategies, engage in training opportunities, and participate in industry-related volunteer events. This position is fully remote, but you are engaging with your team and mentors daily.

Recruiter attributes:

• • Hospitality background and a knack for sales
• • Strong ability to prioritize and hone in on clients\' needs
• • Motivated by data and goals
• • Highly personable, enjoys collaboration, and can also work independently

• • 5-7 years in a hospitality environment (restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.) preferred.

Work Location: Remote (Must currently be residing in Los Angeles or Orange County)

• • Two weeks of training at our Sarasota office
• • Work from home, or remotely
• • Very flexible schedule, choose your own hours
• • Monday to Friday, or whatever works for you and your desk
