Job Description

    As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming service requests received via email and phone and accurately entering the information into our system for dispatch. You will provide excellent customer service by providing solutions to any customer concerns and adapting to new processes, as necessary. Service requests will be servicing: commercial buildings. This position is mostly data entry but candidates will need to take some inbound calls a day.

    Requirements

    Qualifications
    • Must have data entry/order entry experience
    • Experience working with multiple screens and multitasking
    • Customer service experience and comfortable working with upset customers at times.
    • Strong attention to detail

    Salary

    The hourly rate for this job is between $20 and $25.
