Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team in Turkey. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting our products/services, and closing sales in a competitive market. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Report to the Sales Manager with detailed activity logs and pipeline updates

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build productive business relationships
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Fluency in Turkish (English is a plus)

    Salary
