We are HS Brands, a global company specializing in mystery shopping and customer experience evaluation. We are currently recruiting freelance mystery shoppers in Turkey to help us assess service quality across various sectors such as retail, cosmetics, restaurants, banks, and more.
At the moment, we have an upcoming project in the beauty and cosmetics sector. The role involves visiting a well-known makeup store to evaluate customer service, staff interaction, product presentation, and overall store experience.
Please note: this specific project requires a female shopper, as the visit includes trying a product in-store.
This is a freelance position with full flexibility—you choose the date, time, and location that works best for you. You will receive a commission for each completed visit, along with reimbursement for any required purchases.
