Freightliner of Broward is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The role will involve managing schedules, handling routine communications, organizing documents, updating records, assisting with data entry, coordinating tasks, and supporting day-to-day business activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication, time-management, organizational, and computer skills are essential. Previous administrative, virtual assistant, customer service, or office support experience is preferred.
Requirements & qualifications
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online business tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Professional, dependable, and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with remote teams.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-work environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
