Job description
Freightliner of Broward is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers remotely. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, assist with requests, resolve concerns, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, patient, and comfortable handling multiple customer requests in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication channels; providing accurate information; resolving customer concerns; documenting interactions; following up on outstanding requests; coordinating with Sales, Parts, Service, and other departments; assisting with scheduling; maintaining customer records; and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Previous customer service or customer support experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and standard business applications and must be able to work independently while maintaining professional communication with customers and team members.
Requirements & qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or a related role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Professional, patient, and positive approach when interacting with customers.

Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively with a remote team.
Reliable internet connection and suitable remote-work environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
