Talent Harbour is a growing international recruitment company connecting businesses with qualified professionals for their hiring needs.
We are looking for an experienced Cold Caller to join our remote international sales team.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify businesses that are actively hiring, contact relevant decision-makers, understand their recruitment needs, and generate qualified opportunities for our Setter/SDR and closing teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Research companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
- Identify business owners, HR managers, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients.
- Introduce Talent Harbour's recruitment services professionally.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the company's hiring needs.
- Identify qualified prospects and genuine recruitment opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects when appropriate.
- Pass qualified opportunities to the Setter/SDR or sales team.
- Keep accurate records of calls, prospects, outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Requirements & qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in cold calling, B2B sales, telemarketing, lead generation, SDR, or a related role.
- Recruitment or staffing-agency sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience speaking with business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers, or other decision-makers.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Confident handling outbound calls and initial objections.
- Strong listening and questioning skills.
- Able to identify genuine business opportunities.
- Consistent with follow-ups and prospect tracking.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
- Results-oriented and organized.
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation.
- CRM, calling, or sales-outreach tool experience is an advantage.
