About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketing Manager to join our digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in performance marketing by working on Google Ads Search and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
You'll work closely with the Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer acquisition through paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Search, YouTube, and Meta conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivering against KPIs.
- Perform keyword research optimization.
- Monitor search terms and improve campaign quality.
- Optimize audiences, placements, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and copy requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing page variations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Track important metrics such as:
- o CTR
- o CPC
- o CPM
- o CPA
- o ROAS
- o Conversion Rate
- o Impression Share
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to increase conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising features and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or hands-on experience managing paid campaigns is an advantage.
