About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on and culturally aware Social Media Manager to work closely with the Head of Social Media in building and growing our social media presence across our iGaming brands.

The role will focus on day-to-day social media execution, content, community engagement, trend identification, creator coordination and performance analysis across India and other target markets.

The ideal candidate understands Indian internet culture, sports, gaming, online communities and iGaming, and knows what makes people engage with and share content.

This is not simply a content-scheduling role. We are looking for someone who actively follows social media, brings ideas, identifies opportunities and can turn strategy into strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management
• Execute the social media strategy developed by the Head of Social Media.
• Manage day-to-day activity across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Telegram, Reddit, Discord and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Adapt content to suit the behaviour and format of each platform.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication.
• Content & Creative
• Develop content ideas across sports, casino, gaming, entertainment, promotions, trends and community.
• Work with designers, video editors, copywriters and creators to produce social-first content.
• Identify viral formats, memes and trending content that can be adapted for the brand.
• Support rapid-turnaround content around sports events, trends and cultural moments.
• Continuously bring new content ideas to the Head of Social Media.
• Trends & Real-Time Marketing
• Monitor social platforms, memes, sports, news and internet culture.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities before they become saturated.
• Support real-time and trend-based content.
• Identify opportunities for the brand to participate in relevant conversations.
• Community Management
• Manage comments, replies, mentions and conversations across social platforms.
• Build engagement across Telegram, Discord, Reddit, X and other communities.
• Support polls, contests, quizzes, giveaways and other community activities.
• Monitor community sentiment and escalate issues where required.
• Influencer & Creator Management
• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, streamers and sports personalities.
• Support creator collaborations and campaigns.
• Coordinate briefs, content requirements and deliverables.
• Track creator and campaign performance.
• Social Growth & Analytics
• Monitor reach, engagement, video views, watch time, follower growth and community growth.
• Identify which content and platforms are performing best.
• Monitor competitors and social trends.
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the Head of Social Media.

• You will work closely with the Head of Social Media, taking strategic direction while owning the day-to-day execution and bringing your own ideas, trends and opportunities to the table.
