Job description
ESPO is seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development & Client Relations Executive to help expand our presence and generate new project opportunities in Oman. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, building relationships, arranging meetings, presenting ESPO’s services and consistently following up on opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
Key Responsibilities - Identify prospective clients and decision-makers across healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. - Identify and pursue opportunities for construction, architectural design, engineering consultancy, renovation, interior fit-out and structural-strengthening projects. - Approach hospitals, clinics, dental centres, developers, property owners and other potential clients. - Introduce ESPO’s services and capabilities clearly and professionally. - Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and site visits. - Maintain regular communication and follow up on leads, inquiries, proposals and quotations. - Support negotiations and coordinate communication between clients and ESPO’s management and technical teams. - Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, meetings and next steps. - Represent ESPO at exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings. - Follow up with exhibition visitors and other contacts until each opportunity is concluded or converted into a contract. - Prepare brief weekly reports on business-development activities and project opportunities.
Requirements & qualifications
- Fluent Arabic and good professional English. - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Energetic, confident, organized and persistent in following up. - Familiarity with the Omani market and local business culture. - Comfortable contacting new clients and attending in-person meetings. - A diploma or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction, interior design or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in construction, design, real estate, sales or client relations is an advantage. - Valid Oman driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. - Fresh graduates and candidates with one to three years of experience are welcome.
