Job description
You will join a product-focused engineering team shipping real systems end to end. Lotis values production quality over demos: code that holds up under real users, real assets, and real compliance constraints. You will work across customer-facing apps, internal tools, APIs, and on-chain integrations, with meaningful ownership from design through deployment.
The Fullstack Blockchain Developer is responsible for designing, building, and owning end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and blockchain integrations that power Lotis products, including real-world asset tokenization, ownership rails, and operational software.
Requirements & qualifications
- Have strong production experience with JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack
- Frontend: React and Next.js; comfort with component architecture, state management (Zustand/Redux/React Query or similar), and responsive UI
- Backend: Node.js with NestJS, Express, or Fastify; experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs
- Web3: hands-on with ethers.js, viem, wagmi, WalletConnect, and contract reads/writes
- Familiar with account abstraction (ERC-4337), smart accounts, bundlers/paymasters, and session keys or similar UX patterns
- Possess a strong sense of ownership and drive to solve hard problems through rigorous experimentation
- Communicate openly and work closely with teammates
- Always open to feedback, new ideas, and self-improvement
