In this role, you will be the frontline voice for our sportsbook platform, delivering top-tier assistance to sports customers, assisting with settlement queries, assistance with document verifications, and maintaining strict compliance standards across both jurisdictions.

• Language Skill: Fluent English is required. German language skills would be considered as an asset, but not essential.
