netX Betting Limited, Malta, are looking for dedicated, sports-minded Customer Support Agents to join our team in Malta. As part of a German-founded group pferdewetten.de AG, our operations are fully compliant across major European markets, holding official regulatory licenses from both, the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) and the GGL (Gemeinsame Glücksspielbehörde der Länder) in Germany.
In this role, you will be the frontline voice for our sportsbook platform, delivering top-tier assistance to sports customers, assisting with settlement queries, assistance with document verifications, and maintaining strict compliance standards across both jurisdictions.
Requirements & qualifications
- Language Skill: Fluent English is required. German language skills would be considered as an asset, but not essential.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Malta. Relocation package will be offered.
- Working Pattern: Flexibility to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and high-profile sporting event matchdays).
