Job description
Campa Tour is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and sales for our tour and travel business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for tourism and travel products.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging promotional content, captions, videos, and digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize website content for SEO and online visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and basic SEO optimization.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze website, social media, and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop promotional campaigns for tour packages, destinations, and travel products.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to produce attractive promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with current digital marketing trends, social media trends, and tourism trends.
Requirements & qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising is preferred.
- Creative and able to produce engaging marketing ideas.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in the tourism, travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong digital marketing skills and portfolios are welcome to apply.
