Hotel Internship in the Administration Department in Fuerteventura (m/f/d) at Spanish Work Exchange Programme in Costa Calma, Spain (internship)

• You will work 40 hours per week, with 2 days off per week
• Free board and accommodation are provided by the hotel
• You will receive a remuneration of at least € 200 per month
• Internship period: minimum 2 months
• Start of your internship abroad: flexible

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Administration Department with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining reports, statistics, records and documents
• Assisting with invoice processing and checking them against orders or deliveries
• Supporting order management and communication with suppliers and other hotel departments
• Handling internal and external communication and preparing business correspondence

The Spanish Work Exchange Program organizes exclusive internships in hotels on the Canary Islands, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, Malta, on the Greek islands and in Costa Rica. Our practical training program is addressed directly to the student, who would like to carry out an individual hotel internship.
