What you'll do
- Create realistic litigation scenarios involving simulated disputes and procedural questions
- Review AI legal analysis and persuasive arguments for accuracy, clarity and procedural fit
- Assess motion practice and case strategy in AI-generated legal work
- Give precise feedback on weaknesses and create objective criteria for grading legal AI performance

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and fluent English
- Active practice in litigation, corporate law, real estate, bankruptcy or compliance; seasoned litigation experience is strongly preferred
- No experience in AI training work needed. You bring the expertise; your judgment helps improve AI models.
