JUSORA started as a portal and is becoming a platform. We have the data, the traffic and a clear roadmap – now we are looking for a developer who wants to build the next stage with us, not just maintain what exists.
What you will do
- Develop new features across the whole stack: from database design to the page a user sees on their phone
- Turn structured legal data into fast, well-structured pages that people – and search systems – can understand
- Extend our dashboards for lawyers and administration, including lead handling and profile management
- Improve performance, Core Web Vitals and structured data (schema.org) across thousands of pages
- Help us bring AI into our workflows where it genuinely adds value
- Take ownership: you will have real influence on architecture and priorities
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Solid experience with PHP and MySQL – including code without a framework holding your hand
- Confident HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with an eye for clean, responsive layouts
- A feeling for data structures: you see a table and think about the hundred pages it could become
- Care for details – on a legal portal, a wrong number is not a cosmetic issue
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Nice to have
- Experience with search, structured data or large sets of generated pages
- Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs
- German language skills – helpful, as our content and users are German

Requirements & qualifications
- At least 4 years of professional experience in web development with PHP and MySQL
- Confident with plain PHP – you can structure a codebase without relying on a framework
- Strong SQL skills: database design, query optimisation and working with large data sets
- Solid HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience with responsive layouts and Bootstrap
- Understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals and technical search factors
- Experience with structured data (schema.org), sitemaps or similar technical SEO topics
- Familiarity with Git and a clean, documented way of working
- A careful eye for detail – accuracy matters on a legal information platform
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate clearly
- Very good English; German is a strong plus

About Jusora - Ihr gutes Recht
JUSORA is a German legal information portal that helps people understand their rights at the moment they need it most – when a fine, a dismissal or a summons lands in their mailbox.
What makes JUSORA different is that it is built on data, not just text. Behind the portal are structured databases of fine authorities, more than 3,300 speed camera locations, fine catalogues and statutory deadlines. From this data, we generate pages that answer very specific questions – and connect readers with lawyers through a growing directory of law firm profiles.
Everything is built in-house: a custom PHP and MySQL stack, no off-the-shelf CMS, with our own dashboards for lawyers and administration. Content is created in cooperation with lawyers specialising in traffic, criminal and employment law.
We are a small, founder-led team based in Düsseldorf, operating as Leadsleader Marketing UG. JUSORA is a registered trademark in Germany. We move fast, decide quickly, and care about getting the details right.
