Freelance Sales & Marketing Executive at Reen in sharjah, United Arab Emirates (full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• • Contact influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.

• • Manage influencer relations from outreach to partnership follow-ups.

• • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels.

• • Explore new marketing opportunities to build awareness and drive sales.

• • Track and report results of influencer and social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• • Female candidate with a passion for fashion, sustainability, and marketing.

• • Experience in influencer outreach and social media marketing is preferred.

• • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Gender: Female (as role is women-focused, dealing with influencers & brand positioning).

Education: High school or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experienced in social media/influencer outreach.

Experience:

• • + year experience in sales, marketing, influencer outreach, or social media management (preferred, but motivated freshers with skills can apply).

• • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

Skills:

• • Strong communication & negotiation skills.

• • Confidence in DM/outreach to influencers and brands.

• • Basic knowledge of content marketing (captions, hashtags, trends).

• • Ability to track and report campaign performance.

• • Comfortable working remotely/freelance with minimal supervision.

Languages: English required, Arabic is a plus.
