Key Responsibilities
- • GTM Strategy & Execution
- • Support the implementation of go-to-market strategies across European target markets.
- • Develop scalable prospecting and lead generation workflows.
- • Assist leadership in market segmentation, ICP development, and account targeting.
- • Support sales planning and pipeline generation initiatives.
- • Sales Automation & Process Optimization
- • Build and manage automated workflows across CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- • Improve lead routing, qualification processes, and pipeline management.
- • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- • Create and maintain SOPs for sales and revenue operations.
- • CRM & Revenue Operations
- • Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- • Generate sales dashboards and performance reports.
- • Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and KPI measurement.
- • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- • Analytics & Performance
- • Analyze sales funnel performance and conversion metrics.
- • Track outreach effectiveness and GTM campaign results.
- • Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales productivity.
- • Monitor industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Sales Process Management.
- • Experience working with European markets and business environments.
- • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation platforms.
- • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms.
- • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and workflow automation solutions.
- • Experience supporting digital agency, SaaS, technology, or consulting organizations.
- • Knowledge of GDPR and EU sales compliance standards.
- • Exposure to RevOps or revenue enablement functions.
Benefits
Base Salary: €35,000 – €55,000 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to 15%
