Job Description

    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
    Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
    Foster strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the candidate experience.

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
    Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
