• • We are looking for talented and passionate Hairdressers to join our professional Spa & Beauty team onboard luxury cruise ships.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced hairstylists who enjoy working with international clients, delivering exceptional service, and building their career in the global hospitality industry. As a Hairdresser, you will provide a variety of hair treatments and styling services while creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and special occasion hairstyling.
• • Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend suitable hair care solutions and products.
• • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
• • Promote and sell professional hair care products.
• • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards within the salon.
• • Stay updated with the latest hairdressing trends, techniques, and products.
• • Work closely with the Spa & Beauty team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• • Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations.

• • Minimum 1 year of professional salon experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist.
• • Relevant hairdressing qualification or certification.
• • Experience with ladies\' and gentlemen\'s hair services, including cutting, styling, and coloring.
• • Strong customer service and communication skills.
• • Fluent English (spoken and understood).
• • Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
• • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• • Willingness to live and work onboard for contracts of 6–9 months.
• • Video demonstration of men\'s and women\'s haircutting skills may be requested during the recruitment process.
