Job Description
- • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in Singapore to promote our HR Platform.
- • Understand client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
- • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- • Schedule product demos for the Business Development / Sales team.
- • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales pipeline.
- • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers in Singapore.
Requirements & Qualifications
- • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, preferably in IT or SaaS products.
- • Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
- • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset ( 30 calls per day and 1 appointment per day )
- • Familiarity with the Singapore market is a strong advantage.
- • Able to work remotely with high self-discipline and motivation.
- • Knowledge or experience in HR platforms is a plus.
- • English speaking is mandatory
Salary & Compensation
Hourly Rate: $under 10
