ROLE: Sales - Customer Service Representative (Storeroom)

• 📍Location: Middletown, Connecticut, United States,
• 🕐Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• 💰Pay: $19 /Hour

We are hiring a Storeroom Customer Service Representative to support a customer at their facility.

✅Requirements:

• Must be a U.SCitizen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• 1+ year of procurement/purchasing experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with customers and vendors
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear required

✅Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions and vendor orders
• Communicate with vendors and customers
• Track orders and deliveries
• Resolve invoice and order discrepancies
• Support inventory replenishment
• Handle customer requests and procurement activities
• Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• This is an on-site, in-person position at a customer facility.
• Extended periods of computer work and repetitive keyboarding.
• Work may take place in a manufacturing environment with possible exposure to dirt, smoke, heat, and cold.
• Customer-required safety equipment must be worn when applicable.
• Steel-toe shoes and safety eyewear are required.
• May occasionally be required to lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• May be required to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand or walk.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and hear effectively.
• Overtime may be required with limited advance notice.
