Job Description
EHS sets its small, focused team of recruiters up for success with training and support provided to ensure you get a strong start. Key to our team\'s success is a collaborative working environment, where we regularly share best practices, visit clients (i.e., try new restaurants!), brainstorm new marketing strategies, engage in training opportunities, and participate in industry-related volunteer events. This position is fully remote, but you are engaging with your team and mentors daily.
Requirements
Recruiter attributes:
-Hospitality background and a knack for sales
-Strong ability to prioritize and hone in on clients\' needs
-Motivated by data and goals
-Highly personable, enjoys collaboration, and can also work independently
5-7 years in a hospitality environment (restaurants, hotels, resorts, etc.) preferred.
Work Location: Remote (Must currently be residing in Los Angeles or Orange County)
