Job Description
Xylem/Evoqua is Hiring! Service Manager based in our Houston, Texas facility. This role is primarily focused on installation of Mobile Water Treatment solutions for the Western US. Service Manager will support the field sales team, technical customer requests and customer interaction, application engineering for costing of the installation, and local operations for continued equipment reliability after installed. I deal candidate will have Heavy Industrial Project Management experience. Piping and Processing System experience

• Ensures cost/revenue support the financial goals of the P&L
• Strong Project Cost Estimation experience
• Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization
• Take care of company property
• Defines and drives (proactive) customer management, employee management, safety management, interpersonal relationship and leadership skills
• Demonstrates high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment
• Is agile in responding quickly to customer issues
• Operational and strategic management
• Autonomy to make decisions that impact divisional and cross-functional / commercial span of control
• Provides proactive direction to commercial teams to ensure service center objectives are achieved
• May provide direct supervisor to sales and other commercial colleagues
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors across organizational boundaries of candid communication, collaboration, developing people, embracing DEI and innovation
Travel Requirements:
• Vehicle Assigned: Personally Assigned Vehicle (PAV) for professional use
• Some travel required
• Capable of traveling to Canada for future projects
• 40%-80% travel depending on division & location (overnight stays, away from home)

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; or equivalent military experience; or applicable industry equivalent experience in lieu of degree
Experience Requirements:
• Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, Hair Follicle Test etc.)
• Industrial or commercial process water experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• 5 to 7 years of technical work experience or 3 years of industry specific experience
