Job Description
We are hiring a remote appointment setter for a U.S.-based IT services company.
This is a part-time freelance role for someone who can make outbound cold calls, find the right decision-maker, update the CRM, and book 15-minute intro calls.
- • This is a calling role, not a general admin role.
- • The Job
You will call businesses in Connecticut and book intro calls with decision-makers who may need IT support, managed IT services, cybersecurity help, Microsoft 365 support, or general technology support.
- • We provide the lead list, script, offer, and process.
- • Your job is to call, scrub the list, find the decision-maker, update the CRM, and book appointments.
- • Hours
- • 20 hours per week
- • Remote
- • Must work during Eastern Time business hours
- • Schedule may alternate, so flexibility is helpful
- • Consistency is required
- • Pay
- • $6 per hour
- • Plus commission for qualified held appointments
- • Commission is paid only when the appointment is held and meets the qualification rules.
- • Qualified Appointment Rules
- • A qualified appointment is a 15-minute intro call booked with a decision-maker at a Connecticut business.
- • For commission, the business must have 10 or more employees.
- • Businesses with 5 to 9 employees can still be booked if they seem like a good fit, but those appointments do not qualify for commission.
- • Weekly Target
- • 25 outbound calls per hour
- • 5 booked appointments per week
- • Daily CRM updates
- • Clean notes after every call
- • Weekly review of calls, appointments, and results
Your Responsibilities
- • Make outbound cold calls to Connecticut businesses
- • Identify the correct decision-maker
- • Find and update missing contact information
- • Add notes and call outcomes in the CRM
- • Follow the provided script and process
- • Book 15-minute intro calls
- • Track follow-ups properly
- • Report activity and results each week

CRM experience is required.
