We are seeking experienced Sales Managers with a strong background in chemical distribution to lead sales activities, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned California territories.

The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the chemical distribution industry, strong sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage territories and strategic customer accounts.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales activities across assigned California territories.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Leverage existing chemical distribution relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and account planning.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while protecting company margins.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, market trends, and competitive developments.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expansion within existing accounts.
• Work closely with internal operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure reliable customer delivery and service.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, account strategies, and performance reports.
• Travel approximately 30% throughout California for customer meetings and business development.

• MUST have professional experience in chemical distribution.
• MUST currently reside in California.
• Proven sales leadership experience.
• Strong territory and account management background.
• Demonstrated track record managing chemical distribution sales relationships.
• Established relationships with relevant customers, distributors, or industry stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% within California.
