I'm currently supporting recruitment for a remote Legal AI project and am looking to connect with experienced attorneys interested in flexible, project-based contract work.

Just to clarify, it's, micro1.

You’ll leverage your expertise in technology transactions, contract drafting, negotiation, review, and redlining to evaluate and improve AI-generated legal work. Your contributions will help AI systems better identify contractual risks, interpret legal language, and demonstrate sound legal judgment.

No prior AI experience is required — your legal expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to contract scenarios
• Provide detailed legal feedback to improve AI accuracy, reasoning, and precision
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract-review tasks
• Assess contractual language, risks, obligations, and negotiation positions
• Collaborate with product and research teams to improve legal AI workflows
• Help refine legal datasets, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review
• Translate practical legal judgment into clear and actionable feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or AI training/evaluation initiatives
• Experience with data privacy and technology-related commercial agreements
• Familiarity with AI-assisted contract review tools
• Experience developing legal guidelines, evaluation criteria, or training materials

• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions
• Strong experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements
• Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and legal reasoning abilities
• Ability to identify contractual risks and provide practical recommendations
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
