I'm currently supporting recruitment for a remote Legal AI project and am looking to connect with experienced attorneys interested in flexible, project-based contract work.

Just to clarify, it's micro1.

You’ll apply your practical bankruptcy experience to analyze legal documents, draft realistic bankruptcy filings, evaluate hypothetical legal scenarios, and assess AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and legal reasoning.

No prior AI experience is required — your bankruptcy law expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and annotate bankruptcy-related legal documents
• Provide substantive legal feedback and commentary on bankruptcy matters
• Draft sample motions, pleadings, and court filings based on realistic bankruptcy scenarios
• Evaluate hypothetical bankruptcy cases and provide well-reasoned legal analysis
• Create and contribute to bankruptcy-focused educational content and AI training datasets
• Review AI-generated legal answers for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current U.S. bankruptcy law
• Identify legal nuances, procedural issues, and emerging developments in bankruptcy practice
• Provide written and verbal feedback to support AI model evaluation
• Help improve the quality and depth of bankruptcy-related AI outputs

Preferred Qualifications

• Judicial clerkship experience, particularly with a bankruptcy or federal judge
• Experience teaching law or creating legal instructional materials
• Editorial experience with a legal journal or law review
• Experience evaluating legal content or working with legal technology
• Familiarity with AI-assisted legal research or evaluation tools

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active U.S. attorney license in good standing
• 3–15 years of recent, hands-on bankruptcy law experience
• Direct experience handling bankruptcy matters, including filings, court proceedings, and legal advisory work
• Strong knowledge of U.S. bankruptcy law and procedures
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain complex bankruptcy concepts clearly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and legal reasoning
