Job DescriptionAs a Data Analyst, you will work remotely with our NYC-based leadership team to transform raw data into actionable insights.
You will collaborate with multiple departments to provide analysis, reports, and recommendations that will drive decision-making and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support business strategy.
Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership in clear, actionable formats.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and BI tools (Python, Numtorch etc.).
Knowledge of statistical methods, data mining, and predictive modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
