Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at Saint Francis Health System in Remote (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer and patient inquiries by phone and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assistance while maintaining a courteous and compassionate manner.
• Help schedule appointments and coordinate requests when appropriate.
• Enter and update information accurately in computer systems.
• Protect confidential patient and organizational information.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare and administrative teams.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and privacy requirements.
• Resolve routine customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
