Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience managing project coordination, operational workflows, or client delivery functions within EMENA markets.
You will play a critical role in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining project governance, monitoring timelines, and ensuring efficient delivery across multiple client engagements.
- • This is a fully remote, full-time position with regular collaboration across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- • Project Coordination
- • Support planning, execution, and monitoring of client and internal projects
- • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
- • Track project milestones and identify potential delivery risks
- • Ensure project documentation remains current and accurate
- • Operational Excellence
- • Improve operational workflows and project management processes
- • Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- • Maintain project dashboards and reporting frameworks
- • Assist leadership in driving execution excellence across teams
- • Stakeholder Management
- • Serve as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and project stakeholders
- • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project communications
- • Ensure alignment between project objectives and delivery teams
- • Support client onboarding and project initiation activities
- • Reporting & Analytics
- • Generate project performance reports and operational insights
- • Track utilization, project health, delivery status, and resource allocation
- • Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
- • Support leadership with operational planning and forecasting
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project operations, PMO, or delivery management roles
- • Experience supporting projects across Europe, Middle East, or Africa (EMENA)
- • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience within digital agencies, technology companies, SaaS, consulting, or e-commerce environments
- • Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms
- • Knowledge of project management methodologies and operational frameworks
- • Exposure to international client-facing environments
Benefits
Base Salary: €28,000 – €45,000 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to 15%
