Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Growth Officer to drive strategic business expansion and revenue growth across its multi-sector operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an innovative problem-solver, and a results-oriented leader capable of identifying and executing growth initiatives across diverse markets.

    Strategic Growth & Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
    • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand existing businesses and enter new sectors.
    • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with business units to implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
    Innovation & Product/Service Development:
    • Lead initiatives to grow products, services, and business models.
    Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chairman, CFO, and other senior leaders, to align growth initiatives with corporate objectives.
    • Lead cross-functional projects and growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
    • Foster collaboration between departments to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
    Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward growth targets.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Chairman and executive leadership.
    • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and market trends.
    Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build relationships with potential partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Ensure alignment of all growth initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and values.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or growth-focused roles, preferably within multi-sector organizations.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue expansion, and market entry initiatives.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
    • Knowledge of UAE business regulations, market trends, and investment landscapes preferred.
