Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Growth Officer to drive strategic business expansion and revenue growth across its multi-sector operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an innovative problem-solver, and a results-oriented leader capable of identifying and executing growth initiatives across diverse markets.

    Strategic Growth & Business Development:•Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.•Develop and execute growth strategies to expand existing businesses and enter new sectors.•Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to inform strategic decisions.•Collaborate with business units to implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth.Innovation & Product/

    Service Development:•Lead initiatives to grow products, services, and business models.Cross-F

    unctional Leadership:•Work closely with executive leadership, including the Chairman, CFO, and other senior leaders, to align growth initiatives with corporate objectives.•Lead cross-functional projects and growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.•Foster collaboration between departments to support business expansion and operational efficiency.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting:•Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward growth targets.•Prepare regular reports and presentations for the Chairman and executive leadership.•Provide actionable insights based on data analysis and market trends.

    Stakeholder Engagement:•Build relationships with potential partners, investors, and external stakeholders.•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.•Ensure alignment of all growth initiatives with the company’s mission, vision, and values.


    Requirements

    Qualifications and Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).•10+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or growth-focused roles, preferably within multi-sector organizations.•Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue expansion, and market entry initiatives.•Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.•Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.•Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.•Knowledge of UAE business regulations, market trends, and investment landscapes preferred.
