Role Overview

We are looking for a Trainee Corporate Training & Sales Executive who is eager to build a long-term career in corporate training, learning & development, and B2B sales.

Unlike an internship, this is a full-time permanent position designed for early-career professionals with at least 1 year of relevant experience in training, HR, sales, business development, customer engagement, or learning & development.

You will support the design, promotion, and delivery of customized corporate training solutions while developing expertise in consultative sales and corporate learning.

Key Responsibilities

• • Corporate Training Solutions
• • Support the design and development of customized corporate training programs.
• • Conduct research on industry trends, workforce development, leadership, and learning needs.
• • Collaborate with trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts to structure training solutions.
• • Assist in preparing training proposals, learning roadmaps, and program outlines.

• • Business Development & Sales
• • Research potential corporate clients and identify training opportunities.
• • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, and business development channels.
• • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• • Support client presentations, training pitches, and proposal discussions.

• • Client Engagement
• • Understand client learning objectives and organizational challenges.
• • Assist in customizing solutions based on client requirements.
• • Maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process.
• • Support post-training feedback collection and relationship management.

• • Market Research & Growth
• • Monitor corporate learning and workforce development trends.
• • Identify emerging opportunities across industries and markets.
• • Support marketing initiatives related to training programs and events.
• • Contribute ideas to improve training offerings and market positioning.

Required Qualifications

• • Minimum 1 year of experience in training, HR, business development, customer success, sales support, recruitment, or related fields.
• • Strong interest in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, and B2B Sales.
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• • Strong writing and proposal development abilities.
• • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Exposure to corporate training programs or learning management systems.
• • Experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles.
• • Background in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or Education.
• • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM platforms.
• • Experience preparing presentations and proposals.
