ICT Officer II (Artificial Intelligence Applications) atahusika na kuchambua, kubuni, kutengeneza, ku-test, ku-deploy na kutunza applications za Artificial Intelligence, pamoja na kutengeneza backend scripts, AI pipelines, REST APIs na data-processing workflows kwa kutumia Python, TypeScript au JavaScript. Pia atafanya kazi na Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud AI APIs, prompt engineering, JSON schemas, function calling, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), text embeddings na vector databases, pamoja na kutumia Git/GitHub/GitLab na kuandaa technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Kushiriki katika uchambuzi, design, development, testing, deployment na maintenance ya AI applications. Kutengeneza backend scripts, AI pipelines, REST APIs na data-processing workflows kwa Python, TypeScript au JavaScript. Ku-deploy na kusimamia Large Language Models (LLMs) kama Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM na LocalAI. Kufanya kazi na cloud AI APIs kama OpenAI, Gemini na Anthropic. Kutengeneza prompts, JSON schemas, function calling na AI tool use. Kutengeneza Agentic AI workflows na Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Kufanya kazi na text embeddings, vector search na vector databases kama Chroma, Qdrant na Pinecone. Kutumia Git/GitHub/GitLab kwa version control na deployment. Kuandaa na kutunza technical documentation. Kufanya majukumu mengine atakayopewa na supervisor
