Key Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and lease terms

• • Schedule property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants

• • Address tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and service issues promptly

• • Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, and leasing agents

• • Maintain and update tenant records, applications, and communication logs

• • Assist with lease documentation and onboarding of new tenants

• • Follow up with tenants to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
