Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure new corporate clients for training and consultancy services.- Craft and present tailored business proposals that address corporate training needs.- Promote the institute’s training offerings to attract both individual and institutional clients.- Generate retail, student leads through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.- Promote our training programs and get the leadsDevelop and maintain strong pipelines via inbound and outbound strategies.Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into enrollments.- Assist in planning open days and student engagement activities.

    Ideal Candidate:- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in lead generation and business development within the training and education sector.Proven success in lead generation and sales strategy execution in international markets.- Strong background in B2B sales, corporate partnerships and leads.- Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies, preferably in international or GCC markets.- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.- Deep understanding of training needs and the ability to align solutions accordingly.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Send your updated CV with the subject line – Business Development Officer to faiza@synergictraining.com
