    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify and secure new corporate clients for training and consultancy services.
    - Craft and present tailored business proposals that address corporate training needs.
    - Promote the institute’s training offerings to attract both individual and institutional clients.
    - Generate retail, student leads through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
    - Promote our training programs and get the leads
    Develop and maintain strong pipelines via inbound and outbound strategies.
    Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and convert them into enrollments.
    - Assist in planning open days and student engagement activities.
    Ideal Candidate:
    - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in lead generation and business development within the training and education sector.
    Proven success in lead generation and sales strategy execution in international markets.
    - Strong background in B2B sales, corporate partnerships and leads.
    - Demonstrated success in executing sales strategies, preferably in international or GCC markets.
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
    - Deep understanding of training needs and the ability to align solutions accordingly.
    - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
