Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager with 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships within European markets.
The ideal candidate understands how to build trusted client partnerships, drive adoption of services, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle. Experience working with international clients and a strong understanding of European business culture are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- • Client Relationship Management
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across Europe
- • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account discussions
- • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement
- • Customer Retention & Growth
- • Develop account success plans aligned with client objectives
- • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- • Drive contract renewals and long-term customer retention
- • Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate churn risks
- • Customer Success Strategy
- • Guide clients through onboarding and adoption processes
- • Ensure clients maximize value from Desert Digital’s solutions and services
- • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to support customer goals
- • Advocate for customer needs internally and contribute to service improvements
- • Performance & Analytics
- • Track customer success KPIs including retention, expansion revenue, NPS, and satisfaction scores
- • Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement
- • Prepare client reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
- • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within European markets
Requirements & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management
- • Demonstrated experience managing customers within European markets
- • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- • Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience working with CRM and customer success platforms
- • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience in digital agencies, SaaS, technology, AI, marketing, or e-commerce sectors
- • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, Zoho, or similar platforms
- • Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market customers
- • Knowledge of GDPR and European business practices
- • Multilingual capabilities are considered a strong advantage
