Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a 5-day Train the Trainer program covering the end-to-end process of Manufacturing Cloud as implemented in our Salesforce environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft a detailed training agenda and plan aligned with business requirements.
Prepare tailored training materials, including process flows, slides, hands-on exercises, and quick reference guides.
Facilitate interactive, practical sessions that include real-world use cases and system demonstrations.
Provide coaching and mentorship to internal trainers, ensuring knowledge retention and confidence in delivery.
Gather feedback and continuously improve the training content and delivery method.
Requirements
2+ years in Salesforce; 2+ years in Manufacturing Cloud
Experience in corporate Salesforce training
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud; Manufacturing Cloud is a plus)
Excellent communication in English; Thai fluency preferred
