Job Description

Lead Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and close deals with potential clients across key verticals.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Customized AI Solutions: Understand client needs and propose tailored AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Product teams to align offerings with market demands.

Sales Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven reports and forecasts to leadership.

Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members to foster a high-performance sales environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within AI, SaaS, or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, especially within retail, logistics, F&B, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical aptitude to understand AI solutions and explain them in business terms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in Thai is a strong plus for regional responsibilities.

  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and using data to drive decision-making.

Salary & Compensation

Annual Salary: $under 25000
