Job Description

    Google Ads & Paid Media
    Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
    Run call-only ads and geo-targeted campaigns around tourist hotspots.
    Monitor Auction Insights and react in real time to competitor moves.
    Maintain CPA within agreed targets.
    Local SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP)
    Ensure MHCP ranks in the top 3 on Google Maps for all priority searches.
    Optimize and regularly update GBP (photos, videos, posts, Q&A).
    Monitor competitors’ GBP activities and counter quickly.
    Develop and implement review acquisition strategy (20+ new reviews monthly).
    Content & Reputation Management
    Produce quick, relevant content: Google posts, blog articles, short videos.
    Respond to online reviews and Q&A in a professional, strategic manner.
    Build local backlinks through partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, expat networks.
    Analytics & Reporting
    Track calls, bookings, and walk-ins from digital channels.
    Provide weekly performance reports (CPA, conversions, ranking, reviews).
    Suggest A/B tests and new marketing opportunities.
    KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
    #1–3 ranking on Google Maps for “urgent care near me Phuket” and related terms.
    20+ new Google reviews per month (with high average rating).
    CPA at or below target (e.g., THB 550/conversion).
    Monthly increase in qualified calls & bookings.
    Growth in organic website traffic and local backlinks.

    Requirements

    Technical Skills
    Proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (certifications preferred).
    Strong knowledge of Local SEO & Google Maps ranking factors.
    Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, call tracking tools.
    Experience with healthcare or tourism-related businesses is a plus.

    Multilingual ability (English required)
