Are you an experienced IT professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and provide top-notch on-site support? Join our team in Sweden and make an impact!
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- • ? Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues
- • ? Provide timely updates on issue status and resolution
- • ? Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
- • ? Install, upgrade, support & troubleshoot Windows (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010
- • ? Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS/Apple PC systems
- • ? Install, upgrade, support & troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
- • ? Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops & printers
- • ? Carry out remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
- • ? Use diagnostic tools for network connectivity & hardware/software troubleshooting
- • ? Possess broad IT knowledge (networks, servers, AV, smart devices, telecoms)
Requirements & Qualifications
- • �� Must hold a valid work permit.
- • �� Extensive knowledge and understanding of IT and computers.
- • �� Several years of professional experience in the field of user support as well as in the evaluation and design of solution
