    Are you an experienced IT professional who can troubleshoot, repair, and provide top-notch on-site support? Join our team in Sweden and make an impact!

    ✨ Key Responsibilities:
    ? Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues
    ? Provide timely updates on issue status and resolution
    ? Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents
    ? Install, upgrade, support & troubleshoot Windows (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010
    ? Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS/Apple PC systems
    ? Install, upgrade, support & troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
    ? Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops & printers
    ? Carry out remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
    ? Use diagnostic tools for network connectivity & hardware/software troubleshooting
    ? Possess broad IT knowledge (networks, servers, AV, smart devices, telecoms)

    Requirements

    ✅ Must hold a valid work permit.

    ✅ Extensive knowledge and understanding of IT and computers.

    ✅ Several years of professional experience in the field of user support as well as in the evaluation and design of solution
