    “Dolphin Group” is seeking farm workers to work with animals (cows, calves, pigs) in various locations in Sweden (Östersund, Söderköping, Ljusdal, Tomelilla, Sösdala, etc.).

    Job description:
    • Daily care of animals: milking, feeding, caring for calves and piglets.
    • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the farm, handling straw, washing tasks.
    • Assisting with feeding equipment or barn equipment maintenance, minor farm work.
    • In some places – driving a tractor or loader (if you have experience).

    Salary:
    • During the trial period – €13–16/hour (depending on farm and experience).
    • After the trial period – €14.5–16/hour with the possibility of bonuses (after a successful test).

    About the farms:
    All farms are family-owned or well-established, with international teams (Sweden, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Afghanistan). Number of animals: from medium-sized pig farms to large dairy farms (400–700 cows).

    Location:
    Östersund, Söderköping, Ljusdal, Tomelilla, Sösdala, etc.
    Arrival via Stockholm, Copenhagen, Malmö, Visby airports or ferry ports (Karlshamn, Ystad, Nynäshamn).

    Requirements

    • Experience working with animals (milking, animal care, pig farming) – an advantage.
    • Experience driving a tractor or loader – an advantage.
    • Category B driving license – an advantage (mandatory in some cases).
    • English (or Polish, Swedish) at a communicative level.
    • Good physical and health condition, motivation to work in a team.
    • Valid passport (not only ID card).
    • Zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs in the workplace.

    What we offer

    • Trial period (14 days) with paid hourly wage (€13–16/hour depending on location and experience).
    • After the trial period – a 3–6 month contract with the possibility of extension for long-term cooperation (in some cases rotation 2 months work + 1 month off).
    • Minimum 40–48 working hours per week, in some cases up to 50–60 hours (depending on the farm).
    • 1–2 days off per week (depending on schedule).
    • Paid travel to/from Sweden at the start and end of the contract.
    • Provided work clothes and bedding.
    • Accommodation according to “Dolphin Group” standards: private bedroom, shared kitchen, toilets, Wi-Fi, usually near the farm. In some places – a car for essential needs.
    • Assistance with registration under Sweden’s Self Employment model and administrative support.

    Salary

    The hourly rate for this job is between $10 and $15.
