Job Description

The Customer Service Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service center and showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes managing inventory, supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring smooth operational processes while maintaining excellent service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Academic qualification related to Electrical or Mechanical background (NVQ Level 6 or above)
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in inventory handling and showroom management
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to manage daily showroom operations and coordinate with teams effectively
