Marketing Manager at Gamage Recruiters (PVT) LTD in Jaffna, Sri Lanka (full-time)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing and student recruitment initiatives. The role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of integrated campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive enrolments across targeted regions.

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
• • –8 years of progressive experience in marketing, student recruitment, or enrolment management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role (preferably in higher education or service sector).
• • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional channels).
• • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Sinhala proficiency is an added advantage.
• • Strong knowledge of Northern and Eastern markets with sound geographical understanding preferred.
